This place could be a great spot for an overnight stay, with a functional room and an awesome ocean view from the window.

It offers fresh breakfasts with many local products.

the hotel met what was needed, i would stay here again. had good stay overall, peaceful place and the weather was warm. most of the staffs were fantastic friendly and really excellent. the setting was beautiful, near the ferry the next morning, the ferry terminal and restaurants and the island. it also was right beside everything.

This place is conveniently located near coffee shops, restaurants, the beach, and a local restaurant/pub, making it easy to explore. the room is tidy and has everything you need.

Spacious, very comfortable, welcoming, excellent service from staff and convenient to facilities at Penneshaw. We did enjoy the close by "Penny" hotel, for our evening meals!

Not particularly well sited or visits to the tourist attractions. We travelled long distances each time we ventured out. It would have been better for us to have selected more centrally located accommodation to reduce travel times. Subject to the above qualification, we would recommend the resort to fellow travellers.

Spacious hotel with well-equipped rooms and most importantly, genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff. Best possible location with a ferry port close to the property. Walking distance to a market and a local supermarket across the street. The in-house restaurant for breakfast. Luxury stay, as always.

The Kangaroo Island Seafront in Penneshaw is a very nice and clean place. the staff here are lovely and great. - the location is great and lovely, with a particularly good view of the ocean. - It's very close to the ferry port, which is convenient. - the hotel is situated near pubs and eateries, making it easy to dine out.

Resort is tired although the rooms appear to have been renovated in the recent past. For our purposes we should have stayed in a more central location on KI as the island is bigger than we expected and we ended up driving the same stretch of road to/from Penneshaw more than we should have.

The room was well laid out and had amenities like an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. the location near a ferry port was excellent and beautiful, with most places in Penneshaw within reach. - Being near restaurants and pubs was a bonus.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The ocean front room with balcomy was spacious and clean, with a lovely view across to the water. Good breakfast included in the package. Penguin colony just across the road. Was ideally suited for touring, and was very close to the ferry terminal for the 0830 ferry and the drive back to Melbourne. Fish (gourmet fish and chip shop) was excellent and only a few minutes away, but get there before 6.15pm to beat the tour bus rush!!

Spacious room with a view. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed! Great location as a base to explore the island by car. Delicious food at the Penneshaw Hotel with its fireplaces.

For people travelling with heavy luggage, the climb upstairs can be a little challenging.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, with an excellent view. The staff members were nice and provided us with some good recommendations. We would definitely return.

Did care about our honeymoon and gave us small bottel of wine. Did recomend us on a very nice night tour to see whild life

The morning brekfast end at 9:00, but at 8:30 they close all the serving stations and leave nothing to take.
